Job summary

SH Tan & Partner in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis. You will provide essential accounting and bookkeeping support, handling SME client files, and helping with day-to-day financial records.

This role offers 5 days a week (9:00am–5:30pm), opportunities for annual increments and bonuses, and a collaborative team focused on audits, tax, and company secretarial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM/Certification/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 0-1 year experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounts bookkeeping for SMEs.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of financial records including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform data entry and document management to ensure accurate accounting information.
