Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting/finance assistant to collect, verify, and reconcile sales data, ensuring accuracy with supporting records. You will manage AP, AR, and GL while recording transactions per company policies and accounting standards.

The role includes monitoring internal controls, assisting with month-end/year-end closings, and liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent with accounting knowledge.
• Entry level and internship experience welcomed.
• Strong numerical ability and problem solving.
• Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and reconcile sales data from various sources for accuracy with supporting records.
• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and GL.
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions per policies and standards.
• Monitor and improve internal controls, processes, and reporting.
• Prepare and process monthly supplier payments promptly.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
