Job summary

Bee Hua Industrial Gasses Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to support the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording, reporting and compliance.

The role covers the full set of accounts including month-end and year-end closing, invoice verification, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports and cash flow. The incumbent will also handle SST, e-Invoicing and other statutory requirements, and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Knowledge of MFRS, SST and e‑Invoicing requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Verify supplier invoices against PO and DO, prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules.
• Prepare bank, intercompany and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports, cash flow and budget.
• Assist in SST, e‑Invoicing and other statutory compliance matters.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager / Management
