Job summary

ANDRO MEDICAL SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior accountant to support daily accounting and finance operations. The role involves data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining accounting records.

You will handle AP/AR tasks, bank reconciliations, monthly and annual reports, and ensure proper filing. Work with the Finance & Accounting team to maintain accurate financial records in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of accounting records in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in checking and verifying invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and other account reconciliation activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in monitoring and recording daily transactions accurately and timely.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in preparing schedules and reports when required.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain relevant documents and information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
