DIC EPOXY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our Finance team. The role focuses on managing full accounting operations, accuracy of financial records, and supporting month-end close and audits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Strong analytics, detail orientation, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and audit/tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation for audit and internal controls.
• Carry out other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
