Job summary

DATAJASA PLUS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, banking transactions, and compliance to support financial stability.

You will prepare full set of accounts, handle invoicing, costings, cash flow, audits, and liaise with sales and other departments. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, at least 2 years’ experience, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 year accounting experience (costing preferred).
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, writing, reading) for stakeholder communication.
• Able to prepare full set of accounting, familiar with ABSS Accounting and SQL Accounting, banking platforms, MS Office (data management).
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in reporting/record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounting, process invoices, ensure timely vendor payments, track receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare monthly/weekly financial statements for decision-making.
• Manage banking transactions, salary payouts, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports, salary disbursements, and monitor financial stability.
• Process employee claims per company policy.
• Work with sales and other departments for smooth processes.
• Support internal/external audits, ensure adherence to financial regulations, and assist with tax filings.
• Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness.
