Job summary

Kim Yong Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting Executive to join our team in Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall accounting operations.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, prepare financial statements, provide administrative support, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements, including end-to-end payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting executive role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Note: fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Preparation of financial statements
• Provide administrative support
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems
• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and final distributions
