NTT DATA is seeking an Accounting Associate Director to join our team in a fully remote role in Malaysia. You will lead financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and support audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of experience, strong English, and proficiency in Excel; Oracle and SAP experience is a plus. You will mentor others and guide cross-functional projects.

We are currently seeking a Accounting Associate Director to join our team in Fully remote, Malaysia, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).

Position Overview

• Individuals are expert in their subject area and have working knowledge of related subject areas.
• They manage a team and large scale projects.
• They may lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department.
• Develops project plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, milestones, review points and reporting of project status.
• Responsible for preparation of dashboard and management reporting.
• Assist Auditors by providing requisite supporting documents.
• Analyzes and prepares financial reports for leadership including identification of issues and trends.
• Develops models, designs report and gathers information from systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification
• Minimum working experience of 8+ years, preferably in an accounting firm and/or MNC
• Excellent communication skills & proficient in English
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc). Oracle & SAP user knowledge is an added advantage.
• Exert knowledge of relevant accounting practices and principles.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skill.
• Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Advanced oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player.
• Able to lead & work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Advanced business partnering skill.
