Jora Malaysia invites applications for an Accounts Assistant role in its automotive dealership. Open to fresh graduates or those with accounting exposure, the position offers on‑the‑job training and hands‑on experience in accounting, finance, and dealership operations.
You will assist daily accounting tasks, process vouchers, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly reports, and support audits and compliance. Strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are highly valued.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry, will have an added advantage.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Assist in the daily accounting and finance operations of the company.
Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper accounting records.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Assist in processing vehicle sales transactions and related accounting entries.
Verify vehicle booking payments, loan disbursements, and other financial transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports and support month‑end closing activities.
Maintain systematic filing and documentation of accounting records.
Liaise with banks, suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and documentation matters.
Assist in inventory control, vehicle costing, and stock reconciliation when required.
Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance documentation.
Carry out other accounting and administrative duties assigned by Management.
