Job summary

UR FASHION GROUP (THAILAND) CO., LTD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a finance professional to manage payments, posting, and rental-related transactions, ensuring accurate expense processing and timely month-end closings.

You will handle bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and reporting, liaise with auditors, provide documentation, and address financial queries. English and Mandarin skills preferred; overseas experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP financial processing; overseas work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with International Accounting Standards; ability to handle APAC operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Keepingtrackofallpaymentsandexpenditures,includingapprovalandentryposting.
• Keeptrackingofthemonthlyrentalinvoice,postthefixedrentalpaymentandcommissionrentalpayment.
• ResponsibleonBankReconciliationinexpensesidewasaccurateandcompleteforeachmonth.
• Responsibleonaccruals,prepaymentamortization,miscellaneousexpenseandpostingaccurateandcompleteforeachmonth.
• Supportmonth-endclosingactivities,ensuringallfinancialdataisaccurateandcomplete.

Requirements
