Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accountant role, preferably in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

About the role

Ghee Hua Co. Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our talented team in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reporting in line with accounting standards and regulations. You will play a vital role in supporting the overall financial health and performance of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a monthly basis

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax requirements, and other relevant regulations

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
