Job summary

Quickpro Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accountant to manage all accounting transactions and closings, reconcile ledgers, and ensure timely payments. The role includes tax computations, financial reporting, audits, and compliance, with client communication responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting software experience (QuickBooks preferred), strong Excel skills, and fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Work experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin preferred for client communication.
• Adaptable, quick to learn, and a reliable team player.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Handle customers' bookkeeping of their accounts - including but not limited to, entering income and expenses into their accounting software

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is an advantage
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and MS Outlook;
• Experience with general ledger functionsGood communication skills - Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin languages preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
