Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day campaign execution and serve as a liaison between departments, vendors and clients. You will attend meetings, plan operational aspects, and help monitor budgets and project costs.

The role involves presenting ideas, preparing briefs, and conducting data analysis to support brand and marketing strategies, with a focus on timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.


• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion pf projects / campaigns.


• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.


• Participate in planning and execution of operational / tactical aspects of campaigns.


• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.


• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects.


• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas.


• Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis.


• Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand / marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend / analysis.
