ACCOUNT MANAGER / KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (TEAM LEAD)
Salary: RM8,000 – RM15,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager / Key Account Manager (Team Lead) to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for managing key accounts, strengthening long-term relationships, driving account growth and revenue performance, while leading and supporting the Account Management team within a fast-paced digital entertainment platform.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, comfortable working with performance-based targets, and experienced in managing high-value accounts within a fast-moving digital environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, with a focus on account retention, engagement and revenue performance.
- Monitor account activity, including FTD, repeat activity, transaction frequency and overall account value.
- Identify opportunities to improve FTD-to-second-action conversion and customer retention, account retention and long-term customer value.
- Monitor high-value accounts and identify opportunities to strengthen VIP engagement and account retention.
- Analyse account performance, customer activity and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators including retention rate, transaction frequency, ARPU, LTV and NGR contribution.
- Develop account strategies based on customer behaviour, activity levels and account value.
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, Product and Data teams to improve account performance.
- Lead and coach the Account Management team to achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Management or a similar role.
- Experience working within a high-volume digital platform, digital entertainment, consumer technology or similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with FTD, retention, reactivation, customer activity, VIP management, LTV, ARPU and NGR is highly preferred.
- Experience working with customer lifecycle, account value or transaction-based KPIs will be an advantage.
- Experience managing commercial accounts, customer portfolios or high-value accounts.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of account growth, retention, engagement and revenue performance.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on KPIs and business results.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of account performance metrics and customer behaviour.
- Able to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Chinese speaking is required for internal communication and regional coordination.
