Job summary

GSF Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account and Finance Executive to join our growing finance team in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and supporting the broader finance function to ensure accurate records and compliance.

You will maintain ledgers, process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, assist in financial statements, and support payroll and audits while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, LCCI, or CPA) or working towards one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Record and classify financial transactions per accounting principles and company policies.
• Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Support audit activities by providing documentation and explanations of financial records.
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and records.
• Assist with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
