Job summary

Dunia Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Account Executive to join our Bentong finance team. You will maintain accurate financial records, support accounting processes and help ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves handling payables/receivables, processing invoices, bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports for management. Prior experience in automotive or related sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting, ideally in automotive sector.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax and employment regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense claims.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support the Account Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
