Job summary

MZEC Corporation Sdn. Bhd., an established group located in Mah Sing Industrial Park, Shah Alam, invites a detail‑oriented Account Executive to join our finance team.

You will perform day‑to‑day processing, verify and post transactions, and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents to ensure timely reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent), with 1–2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (good to have).
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, able to work under minimum supervision and independently under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with computers, MYOB, Sage and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day processing including verifying, classifying, data entry, posting transactions and filing.
• To handle daily operation of accounting duty.
• Ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper filing of all documents related to company's financial.
