Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accounts payable aging.

Job description

Job Responsibility

• Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other related schedules.
• Familiar in AR & AP procedures and data entries.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure financial statements and any related reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
• Assist issue DO to dealer.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Results-Oriented, committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, positive working attitude & good discipline.
• Good computer literate
• Good knowledge of Autocount accounting Software is added advantage.
