Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full spectrum of monthly management accounts and related schedules.
• Prepare month-end stock costing and valuation.
• Check and verify all incoming documents.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow and banking matters.
• Perform bank and inter-company reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash and reconcile balances.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Prepare audit, tax computation schedules and financial statements.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, consultants, and government agencies.
• Handle SST and company taxation submissions.

Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing full spectrum of monthly management accounts and all related supporting schedules.
• Prepare month-end stock costing and valuation.
• Checking and verifying all incoming documents
• Prepare and monitor cash flow and banking matters
• Perform bank and inter-company reconciliation.
• Petty cash maintenance and reconciliation.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Prepare audit, tax computation schedules, and audit financial statements.
• Liaise with internal parties, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, consultants, and government agencies.
• Responsible for SST and company taxation submissions.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualifications.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be proficient in computerized accounting systems.
• Possess strong numeracy, meticulousness, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and can meet tight reporting deadlines.
