Jora Malaysia seeks an Account Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations in Shah Alam. You will assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely timely data entry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Diploma or degree in accounting/finance is required, with proficiency in ERMS, MS Office and Google Drive; Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, Mandarin is a plus.

Assist in managing account payable and accounts receivable.
Handle a full set of accounts, including general ledger, fixed assets, and financial reporting (added advantage).
Process invoices, payments and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Handle Day to day operation of accounting record and maintain systematic filing system.
Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies.
Prepare monthly payment voucher & bank reconciliation.
Process Overtime Claims, Commission.
Support general office operations and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Willing to work in Section 27, Shah Alam.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English. (*Mandarin will be added advantage).
Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
