Job summary

QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking a data entry/accounting support staff in Nilai, Malaysia. You will enter orders, confirmations, and picking lists into Navision, prepare invoices and delivery notes, and manage related documentation.

The role requires coordination with logistic staff and customers, ensuring accuracy of invoicing, GRN, and goods returns. You will support daily accounting tasks and filing, contributing to timely financial records.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry to Navision Accounting System after receiving orders, confirmations, and picking lists from logistic staff or customers.
• Prepare sales invoices and delivery notes (DO).
• Follow up on receiving or delivery notes from drivers, transporters, or customers; file invoices with GRN.
• Check goods returns and ensure quantities match GRN.
• Coordinate goods return handling with egg house supervisor; report excess returns to Farm Management.
• Prepare cash sales summary and pass to Account Executive/Account Assistant for daily verification.
• Update daily goods return summaries and email to Farm Management monthly.
• Assist and coordinate basic accounting activities; maintain accuracy and completeness of accounts books.
