Qualifications

• SPM or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliability and integrity handling sensitive financial information.
• Prior internship or accounting experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Preparing financial documents and reports for management review.
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Performing bank reconciliations and cash management duties.
• Filing and organising financial documents and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Performing general administrative duties to support the accounting department.
