PRO B CENTRE SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic Account Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services to our growing client base.

You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly statements, reconcile bank accounts, assist with tax tasks, and deliver excellent client service while collaborating with the accounting team to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Assisting with tax preparation and compliance tasks.
• Providing excellent client service and addressing client questions.
• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
