AJBEST Holdings Sdn Bhd, a growing Malaysian food and beverage company, is seeking an accounting support role. You will record daily sales, expenses, and payments, maintain filing of invoices and receipts, and assist in monthly closings and reports. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, and payments accurately.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and checking transactions.
• Assist the Account Executive / Finance team with monthly closing and reports.
• Perform data entry and update accounting records.
• Handle other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Record daily sales, expenses, and payments accurately.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
