Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from SPM/Diploma in Accounting or have a little experience in accounting.
  • At least 1 year of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word & Excel - simple).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update account information into the database.
  • Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for account documents.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting department.
  • Assist with document scanning, filing, and organizing.

  • Record maintenance: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for account documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
  • Administrative support:Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting department.
  • Document processing:Assist with tasks like document scanning, filing, and organizing.
