Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable accounting assistant to manage daily accounting operations and compile weekly to monthly sales reports for multiple outlets. The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, meticulous filing, and the ability to handle ad-hoc tasks independently.

The successful candidate will support stock transfer note processes between outlets and maintain organized accounting records, contributing to efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with day-to-day accounting operations.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day accounting operations.
• Prepare weekly & monthly Sales Reports for up to 5 outlets.
• Follow up with Stock Transfer Notes between outlets.
• Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
• Assist ad-hoc duties as required by Management/Superior.
