Job summary

Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd is seeking an Access Network Technical Support Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves maintaining access network equipment such as OLT, ODN, and ONU and collaborating with operators, the NOC, and field engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Applicants with customer and project coordination experience, including attending meetings and reporting faults, will excel.

Qualifications

Experience in access network maintenance, including hands-on maintenance of equipment such as OLT, ODN and ONU.
Experience working with operator customers, the NOC, and field engineering or project teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Experience in customer and project coordination, including attending project meetings, reporting faults, and following up on issues through to closure.
Preference will be given to Chinese candidates.
Relevant TM project or TM network experience is highly important.

Responsibilities
