Job summary

The Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTEGE) attachment under CIMB is a eight-month contract training programme combining classroom training and on‑the‑job assignments. Roles may be administrative, operational or client-facing, aimed at building employability and entrepreneurial skills.

Stipends available: Degree RM2000 or Diploma RM1500, with CGPA requirement of 3.0 for Malaysian fresh graduates or graduates with under one year of work experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Malaysian fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1 year working experience.
• Outgoing and confident; hosting events is encouraged.
• Creative mindset and can-do attitude.
• Strong English communication; storytelling is a plus.
• Occasional weekend work for events.
• You may need to carry buntings and merchandise during events.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an eight-month contract training with classroom and on‑the‑job assignments.
