Job summary

Ampmech Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Assistant in Kuala Selangor. The role involves assembly, wiring, installation and service work, requiring basic workshop machinery usage and tool handling.

Candidates should hold a Certificate or Diploma in engineering and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings. Independent work and reporting are required; Microsoft Office skills are expected. Experience in instrumentation/configuration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in assembly, wiring, installation & service work, including usage of basic workshop machinery & tools.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
• Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
• Able to work independently and produce relevant work-related reports.
• Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
• Technical Assistant position must be able to configure/commission process instrumentation & control system.
