Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable engineer to assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for injection moulding machines. You will prepare technical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and documentation, while supporting assembly, testing, and commissioning activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing/process, or hydraulic engineering.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawings, and relevant software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and improvement of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machine assembly systems for injection moulding machines.
• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic circuits, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Support machine assembly, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and production activities.
• Identify technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance machine performance and product quality.
• Develop and maintain engineering processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
