Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing experience in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability, maintenance, project management, and process improvement.
• Good leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, ERP/CMMS, and engineering software is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Engineering team, set KPIs, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
• Oversee manufacturing equipment, engineering systems, utilities, and facilities to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Plan and manage engineering projects, from feasibility to handover within budget and timelines.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment qualification, testing, and support for new product introductions and process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, ISO standards, engineering procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and cost-control initiatives.

Job Description:

• Lead and develop the Engineering team, set departmental KPIs, allocate resources, and monitor performance to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee manufacturing equipment, engineering systems, utilities, and facilities to ensure reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage engineering projects, including feasibility studies, equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, and handover within budget and timelines.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, equipment efficiency, and cost savings.
• Coordinate equipment qualification, testing, and engineering support for new product introduction, process changes, and manufacturing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, ISO standards, engineering procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource utilization and operational expenditure.
