Job summary

Spindex Precision Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a Heat Treatment Engineer to drive production KPIs for heat treatment, improve productivity and quality yield, and manage heat treatment equipment with TPM.

You will develop new heat treating processes, establish inspection standards, monitor execution, handle maintenance and parts, and communicate with suppliers and customers on heat treating technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in Heat Treatment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• To achieve heat treatment production goal KPI, productivity and quality yield.
• Management good practice of heat treatment equipment and TPM.
• Develop new heat treating product and processes.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Heat Treatment field
• Good communication, leadership and people-management
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to multi task under pressure and change
• Prefer Chinese Male candidate to deal with China customers & suppliers
