Job summary

Spindex Precision Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a Heat Treatment Engineer to drive production KPIs for heat treatment, improve productivity and quality yield, and manage heat treatment equipment with TPM.

You will develop new heat treating processes, establish inspection standards, monitor execution, handle maintenance and parts, and communicate with suppliers and customers on heat treating technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in Heat Treatment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• To achieve heat treatment production goal KPI, productivity and quality yield.
• Management good practice of heat treatment equipment and TPM.
• Develop new heat treating product and processes.
• Establishment standard of heat treatment inspection and process, monitor the execution.
• Handle heat treatment maintenance and spare parts.
• Able to communicate supplier and customer related heat treating technology matter in professional.
• Perform others duties as assigned.
