Job summary

Pico Play Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated 3D Technical Designer to draft drawings to specification and standards. You will develop 2D/3D AutoCAD diagrams and coordinate drawing updates across projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, have theme park or themed hospitality experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, SketchUp, and Blender. Strong English skills and ability to work fast-paced are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in an architectural field
• Experience in theme park-related projects or themed hospitality experiences
• Proven involvement in multiple phases of theme park architectural design
• Fluent in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, REVIT, Rhino and Blender
• Strong drafting skills and ability to model in 3D

Pico Play is an agile company within the field of themed attractions and entertainment offering a position for a motivated 3D Technical Designer. Those with in-depth architectural knowledge, drawing skills, and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects are encouraged to apply.

The Job:

To design and draft drawings according to specifications & customer's requirements and applicable standards

Develop schematic/ technical diagrams in AutoCAD in 2D and 3D

To coordinate and update any modifications of the drawings

The Person:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architectural fields.

Have theme park related experiences, themed restaurants or themed hotel experiences.

Proven experience in multiple phases of theme park architectural design process, including quick sketching of ideas, high-quality drafting, 3d SketchUp modelling, design development and construction detailing.

High level of fluency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, REVIT, RHINO and BLENDER or other 3d modelling skills are beneficial

With technical knowledge in architectural and steel construction

Good command of English in writing, speaking and reading

Able to multitask and work under tight timeline

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
