Job summary

Ice Age Event Management Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a talented designer with a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or 3D Design to create innovative event booths and exhibition spaces.

You will develop 2D and 3D visuals and layout plans, collaborate with the event team to translate client requirements, coordinate with vendors, and revise designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant design field required.
• Strong creative thinking and visualization skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative event booths, exhibition spaces, and displays.
• Develop 2D & 3D design visuals, layout plans, and presentations.
• Work closely with the event team to translate client requirements into design concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure feasibility and execution.
• Revise designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related field
• Proficient in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Maya, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
• Strong creative thinking and visualization skills
• Experience in event, exhibition, or booth design is highly preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage
• Possess own transportation
