Job summary

Fast Events Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer in Malaysia to transform ideas into immersive event experiences. You will design exhibition booths, event spaces, roadshows, and experiential activations for a growing team.

You will produce high-quality visualizations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical, on-brand, and feasible within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray for high-quality visuals.
• Strong visualization, spatial planning, and conceptual design skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D concepts, visualizations, and renderings for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations.
• Develop creative design proposals based on client briefs, budgets, and project objectives.
• Produce presentation-ready visuals, layouts, and perspectives for client pitches.
• Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and operations teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, event objectives, and production feasibility.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovative event design concepts.

Key responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D concepts, visualizations, and renderings for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations.

Develop creative design proposals based on client briefs, budgets, and project objectives.

Produce presentation-ready visuals, layouts, and perspectives for client pitches.

Collaborate closely with the creative, project management, production, and operations teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.

Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, event objectives, and production feasibility.

Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovative event design concepts.

About you

Proficient in 3D Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray (experience with other relevant 3D design software is an advantage).

Strong visualization, spatial planning, and conceptual design skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.

Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Experience in event, exhibition, interior, mall roadshow, retail design is an added advantage.
