Talentbank is seeking a creative 3D Designer to craft innovative designs for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. You will deliver high-quality 3D visuals that align with our brand and resonate with diverse audiences.

This role requires proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools, collaboration with the events team, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly in-office meetings and ongoing cross-functional collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in 3D Design; experience in events/exhibitions is a plus.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus.
• Strong creativity with an eye for detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a 3D Designer at Talentbank, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually compelling 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Your role will contribute to the success of Talentbank’s internal and external projects by delivering designs that align with our brand values and resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities

• 3D Design for Events & Exhibitions:Develop and execute high-quality 3D designs for various internal and external events and exhibitions, ensuring all design requirements are met within established timelines.

• Design Development: Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and layouts to effectively communicate design concepts and meet project objectives.

• Collaborative Engagement:
  Work closely with the events team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with the overall vision and branding.

• Event Support:
  Assist in planning, conceptualizing, and designing booth setups, displays, and stage designs for exhibitions and events.

• Quality Control:
  Ensure all designs adhere to Talentbank’s branding guidelines and meet the required standards for aesthetics and functionality.

• In-Office Collaboration:Attend physical meetings in the office once a month, subject to project arrangements, to collaborate and align on ongoing projects.

• Cross-functional:
  Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:A diploma or degree in 3D Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Previous experience in designing for events and exhibitions is a plus.

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus.

• Creativity & Detail-Oriented:Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create captivating and functional 3D designs.

• Communication Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Flexibility & Adaptability:Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
