Job summary

MTS Global Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Data Center Operator to support daily data center operations in Kulai. You will handle server and network equipment maintenance, asset tracking, and ticket-driven tasks on-site.

The role requires comfortable work with cabling, OS-level checks, and basic server/network troubleshooting, with remote hands support and documentation responsibilities. Excellent coordination with facility teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and server/network maintenance.
• Familiarity with asset tracking and documentation processes.
• Ability to handle ticketing workflows and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support daily data center operations and ticketing workflow.
• Perform server mounting, health checks, and handover verifications.
• Conduct hardware replacements and routine component servicing.
• Diagnose failures and perform OS-level checks for root causes.
• Assist system recovery, DHCP checks, and disk mounting post-repair.
• Manage asset records, spare parts, and storeroom organization.
• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
• Handle remote VM provisioning, IP config, and access controls.
