Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a diligent BO Chargeman for an on-site role in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. The position focuses on operating and maintaining the property, managing vendors, and ensuring services meet contractual standards.

You will work under the supervision of senior staff, coordinating with the client and internal FM teams to keep the site safe, compliant, and efficient. A BO certificate is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Chargeman BO Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to operate and maintain the property, including technical, maintenance, procurement, and asset/vendor management.
• Ensure site operations meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Maintain an effective work order system and document client requirements to the FM team.
• Liaise with client on-site representatives and provide backup in supervisor's absence.
