Job summary

JLL is seeking a on-site Facilities/Building Manager in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia. You will assist in operating and maintaining the property, manage suppliers and client representatives, and ensure contracts and KPIs are met.

You will support meetings, handle after-hours issues, and coordinate with the broader facilities team. With a Chargeman BO certificate and an engineering background, you will navigate complex operations, communicate clearly, and mentor colleagues while sustaining

Qualifications

• Chargeman BO certificate required for site operations.
• Ability to manage diverse service providers and client reps.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple complex operational matters daily.
• Capable of addressing ambiguity and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering services to operate and maintain the property.
• Develop relationships with client representatives and suppliers.
• Ensure contracts, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
• Maintain site equipment, stock, and work orders for defects.
• Support meetings and events; handle out-of-hours issues.
• Coordinate with facilities team and APM network.
• Document client expectations and monitor vendor performance.
• Contribute to team delivery and continuous service improvement.
