Formación

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains a positive relationship while working closely with the staff to build a strong team through coaching, goal setting, and constructive feedback.
  • Researches and recommends best practices that can be followed. Continous Improvement Mindset.
  • Ensures staff is focused on customer service and moving all loads legally within guidelines.
  • Works directly with LOC team to address equipment concerns, in particular where customer needs are not being covered.
  • Works closely with operations, customers and customer service to ensure movement of containers to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitors, records and reports cost savings, unbudgeted expenses, service failures and empty equipment inventory to the department manager, along with suitable recommendations.
We are looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within yard operations.
  • Proven background as a manager or supervisor in yard operations.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety compliance, operational excellence, and team engagement.
