Schneider Electric is seeking an HR Systems & Workforce Operations professional to manage HR data from hire to retire, ensuring data integrity and compliance across platforms. You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and support HR policies and process improvements across multiple business units.
Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in HR operations, strong English and Spanish, and experience with HRIS such as Oracle HCM or Strada.
