A global manufacturer in the Philippines seeks a Talent Acquisition / Talent Optimization professional. This role involves leading Workday implementation and supporting HR systems. Candidates should possess a degree in relevant fields and have 3-5 years of experience, specifically with Workday. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. A competitive salary and benefits according to Mexican law are offered.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting HR systems and processes.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Workday, including implementation and/or ongoing support.
• Proficient in Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent Optimization modules.

Responsabilidades

• Support and lead activities related to Workday Implementation.
• Drive initiatives within Workday Talent Optimization for process improvements.
• Manage and support Workday Advanced Compensation.
