A private equity and venture platform is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive outbound outreach and build lasting relationships with business owners. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, motivation, and a solid understanding of business development. There is significant potential for rapid advancement within the company. Formación

• Strong outbound and business development skills, including cold calling and exec conversations.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with numbers due to the commercial nature of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound business development efforts with high-volume outreach.
• Manage conversations with business owners and CEOs.
• Support commercial and transaction-related discussions.
• Track and report on outreach and conversion metrics.
