Job summary

Vishay is seeking a production operator to assist in planning and executing front-end manufacturing tasks at our facility in Colima, Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring production plans and line outputs are met while maintaining efficiency and quality across wafers and semi-products.

You will follow internal work instructions and EHS rules, coordinate with maintenance, perform basic machine setups, and report any failures to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi-products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS programming, if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers in repair issues.
