TaskUs in Tijuana, Mexico invites a Wellness Business Intelligence Analyst to transform sensitive data into insights that improve engagement and well‑being. You will work with behavioral scientists, data engineers, and cross‑functional partners to design studies, automate processes, and deliver impactful dashboards.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ETL, Power BI, SQL, Python or R, and comfortable with remote collaboration across regions.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Python, R.
- Advanced English Proficiency (B2+).
- Experience with ETL and data warehouses.
Responsabilidades
- Transform sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI with accuracy and clarity.
- Build internal tools and automation flows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Process and manage data from SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs; ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with behavioral scientists and cross-functional teams across regions; support global initiatives.
