Dalmine SPA is seeking a Well Integrity Services Leader to design, develop, test, deploy, and support software used in well construction operations. You will develop full-stack solutions, including user interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-based services.

The role focuses on machine learning models, AI agents, workflow automation, and advanced analytics, with emphasis on DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and collaboration with engineers and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Hands-on software engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Experience delivering scalable engineering software and APIs.
• Experience developing ML models, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Background in physics-based modeling or scientific computing is a plus.
• Ability to translate operational needs into production-ready software.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications used in well construction operations.
• Develop full-stack solutions, including UIs, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud services.
• Develop ML models, AI agents, workflow automation, and analytics apps.
• Deploy and maintain physics-based models, simulations, and engineering engines.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability for reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs.
• Validate software, models, and tools using field data and feedback.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Contribute to technical docs, code reviews, architecture decisions, and standards.
• Evaluate emerging tech and identify opportunities to improve products and workflows.
