• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to gain client confidence and broaden wealth relationships.
• Identify client needs, present insurance/wealth solutions, and assist end-to-end sales on site.
• Promote insurance products and track activity to improve client penetration.
• Provide expert advice on suitable insurance solutions for wealth clients.
• Train Relationship Managers on technical knowledge and on-the-job coaching.
• Assist with client events and maintain regulatory compliance.
