A reliable logistics provider is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage logistics operations and lead warehouse associates in Veracruz. This role involves supervising daily activities, coordinating shipments, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and significant experience in warehouse management. Competitive salary of Php 25,000-Php 35,000 with on-site work schedule.

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.

Job Requirements:

• bachelor's degree holder
• With at least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.
• With atleast 1-2 years of experience in Team lead or supervisory
• Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.
• Coordinate all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.
• Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
