Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor - Materials Flow join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of operational strategies that improve material flow across manufacturing areas. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for value creation, and driving standardization across insourcing, outsourcing, and capacity management. This is a high-impact role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a passion for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in manufacturing or operations

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for site and supplier visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing or logistics projects

  • Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, SMED, and TPM/OEE

  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Position Overview

As the Warehouse Supervisor - Materials Flow, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance material movement and operational efficiency across Polaris Monterrey. You will monitor and analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions when needed, and ensure alignment with long-range manufacturing plans.

You’ll leverage a growing toolbox of operational processes to standardize insourcing, outsourcing, and vertical integration efforts. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across departments and locations to identify and execute value creation projects, particularly those related to make vs. buy decisions.

In addition, you will apply tools of Operational Excellence—such as value-stream mapping, standard work, pull systems, and single-piece flow—to drive measurable improvements. Your ability to lead with clarity, influence change, and deliver results will be essential to the success of this role and the broader manufacturing strategy at Polaris.
